Own credit control controls to mitigate risk across credit control processes, ensuring required risk acceptance and governance approvals are secured. Monitor and escalate irregularities, exceptions, and key risk indicators to stakeholders for timely intervention and corrective action. Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures aligned to regulatory and business requirements, and ensure the team is trained to execute consistently. Drive continuous improvements through process, systems, and automation enhancements to strengthen controls and scalability.
