Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with senior management and business lines to define project scope, timelines, and budget, and establish stakeholder acceptance and progress feedback mechanisms.
  • •Manage the project team to deliver agreed scope, including development of business requirements/user stories and overseeing coding/development and testing outputs.
  • •Provide project sponsor updates, seeking feedback and support.
  • •Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
  • •Develop and implement PMO best practices (portfolio management, methodology improvements, and project auditing), serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, and mentor/cross-train team members as needed.
