Security Guard

Manage security for an assigned Associated Bank branch or building, providing a strong presence, greeting visitors, and monitoring for unusual or suspicious activity. Operate guard posts and security equipment such as surveillance and alarm systems, conduct routine security checks, and support emergency readiness including annual evacuation drills. Facilitate visitor screening/registration, assist with photo ID/access, and help colleagues with security and safety issues, potentially by floating to multiple locations.
