Key Responsibilities

  • •Process, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare documents for scanning and operate mail scanning equipment.
  • •File and maintain documents in a secured vault repository; retrieve documents and maintain title inventory accuracy.
  • •Prepare outgoing title shipments, print waybills, and coordinate release and shipment of vehicle titles to clients.
