Lead commissioning mechanical activities tied to FEED/EPC construction scope, coordinating FEED/EPC contractors from construction through commissioning and handover. Supervise and inspect contractor work to ADNOC Offshore policy, manage safety/quality/schedule adherence, and support bid inputs, reporting, and change management. Provide constructability readiness and construction progress coordination with project controls and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate and formulate commissioning mechanical management, coordination, administration, and strict enforcement of construction scope within FEED/EPC contracts.
•Coordinate the FEED/EPC contractor from construction through commissioning and handover of FEED/EPC works.
•Review and provide input to overall construction/installation plans, procedures, and EPC package requirements to ensure efficient constructability.
•Supervise, monitor, and inspect EPC contractor and subcontractors at the construction location (or place of manufacture) in line with ADNOC Offshore policies for supervision, quality, control, and inspection.
•Coordinate constructability reviews/readiness, support bid preparation inputs and estimates, and participate in HSE improvement and effective change management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineer or another discipline.
•Minimum 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
•PMC experience on EPC onshore brownfield field production upgradation and modification of existing facilities projects is highly preferable.
•Demonstrated knowledge of construction completion procedures and pre-commissioning activities.
•Ability to review engineering design drawings and challenge work content to improve cost effectiveness without compromising safety.
