Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project portfolio during the 5-year planning cycle, including CAPEX requirements, earned value, cash flow projections, resourcing, and benefits.
  • •Analyze project scope, costs, benefits, risks, dependencies, assumptions, and ROI scenarios to validate business cases and guide investment decisions.
  • •Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and portfolio reporting for schedules, milestones, budget/forecast/actuals, resources, risks, and KPIs.
  • •Collaborate with Strategy, Commercial, Operations, Capital Projects & Construction, Finance, Technology, Procurement, and Corporate functions, and promote use of the PPM system.
  • •Serve as PMO Administrator for the PPM system and support governance activities, repositories, training, documentation, and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in PMO, project controls, portfolio management, business analysis, or similar analytical roles.
  • •Experience supporting business case development and investment analysis, including ROI scenarios.
  • •Knowledge of project management methodologies including PMI, PRINCE2, Agile (MSP preferred).
  • •Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Primavera and PRISM, plus MS Project (preferred).
