Job Summary

Support PUMA’s Retail Merchandising team by executing product allocations and replenishment across European stores. Monitor sell-through, stock levels, and store performance to spot risks and opportunities, optimize inventory distribution to reduce overstock and imbalances, and enable seasonal launches, promotions, and markdowns. Analyze sales and allocation KPIs using reporting tools, maintain allocation parameters and product master data, and collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to drive strong consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute initial product allocations and replenishment to retail stores across Europe based on demand, inventory levels, and commercial priorities.
•Monitor store performance, stock levels, and sell-through to identify allocation opportunities and risks.
•Optimize inventory distribution to improve product availability while minimizing overstock and stock imbalances.
•Support seasonal launches, promotions, markdowns, and special product drops by ensuring timely product allocation.
•Maintain allocation parameters, replenishment settings, and product master data within allocation systems and prepare regular reports with insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
•1–2 years of experience in Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar analytical role.
•Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
•Good understanding of retail KPIs such as sell-through, weeks of supply, stock cover, and inventory productivity.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with allocation or planning systems is a plus.
