Job Summary

Build and advance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within an international team, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, Power Platform, and Copilot capabilities. Use strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges and improve client-facing team productivity and efficiency in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB). You’ll have room to innovate, experiment, and adopt the latest features of the Microsoft platform while supporting SEB Global Services.

•Advance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within an international team.

•Apply problem-solving skills in delivering solutions for Corporate and Investment Banking needs.

Salary: EUR 3,800 - 6,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform.
•Hands-on experience building AI agents.
•Proven track record of creative and strong analytical skills in bridging client needs with technical solutions.
•Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
•Proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages is a plus.
