Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end project management of League CONNECT and ensure the attendee/member experience from registration through post-event.
  • •Drive digital strategy and demand generation for CONNECT, partnering on promotional tactics across email, social, and SMS.
  • •Co-design and steward the annual community programming calendar, including thought leadership content and regional roundtables, and define membership value and cadence.
  • •Manage vendor, hotel/venue, and agency relationships and coordinate on-site execution including run-of-show and real-time troubleshooting.
  • •Support production and execution of additional owned events (e.g., Ignite, Power Up) and assist with trade show/field marketing events when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 95,000 - 115,000 annually

  • •Own complex, multi-stakeholder events end-to-end and extend that ownership into ongoing community programming.
  • •Have program management experience from a membership-based organization, designing calendars of benefits and touchpoints to keep senior members engaged.
  • •Bring executive presence as a trusted point of contact for senior healthcare leaders and stakeholders.
  • •Have extensive digital marketing experience alongside large-scale event expertise, understanding how digital and in-person experiences reinforce each other.
  • •Be highly organized and able to run multiple workstreams while managing vendors, agencies, and hotel/venue relationships and budgets.
