Automotive Claims Specialist I

Resolve customer auto claims and complaints by reviewing cases against Manheim arbitration policies and account guidelines. Investigate basic, lower-complexity issues, coordinate with internal departments, and gather/validate documentation. Facilitate inspections and communications via phone, email, and in person, using proper financial authority to move cases to resolution. Mediate disputes and negotiate repair/pricing to reach mutually acceptable outcomes while keeping vehicles sold.
