Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct occupational and environmental health and safety audits at customer sites across Saudi Arabia on behalf of the Director AFAMC.
  • •Manage the health and safety department at the aeromedical centre and report deficiencies to the Director AFAMC.
  • •Design and carry out occupational hygiene surveys at various RSAF bases on behalf of the Director AFAMC.
  • •Produce full written audit or survey reports (including graphs, charts, pictures) to make documents understandable to customers.
  • •Design and deliver occupational and environmental health and safety briefings and training, including Crew Resource Management (CRM) training, as requested by the Director AFAMC.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Diploma in Environmental Sciences or Environmental Health.
  • •At least five years of experience in Environmental Health and Occupational Safety.
  • •Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Hygiene.
  • •Competence using monitoring equipment such as sound level meter (SLM), Noise dose meter, light meter, and WGBT meter.
  • •Membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
