Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently deliver features end-to-end across backend and infrastructure, plus frontend skeletons.
  • •Work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales to understand requirements and ship solutions.
  • •Lead tradeoff discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders to remove ambiguity.
  • •Write high-quality code optimized for extensibility and scale, with active engagement in code reviews.
  • •Lead or participate in architecture reviews and promote better practices while sharing technical knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in backend development (Java, Go, Python, Node.js, etc).
  • •3+ years of experience with Kotlin or other JVM languages.
  • •Experience with asynchronous, event-based systems using SQS, Kafka, PubSub, or similar.
  • •Prior experience shipping production-grade code using AI coding tools.
