Key Responsibilities

•Independently deliver features end-to-end across backend and infrastructure, plus frontend skeletons.
•Work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales to understand requirements and ship solutions.
•Lead tradeoff discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders to remove ambiguity.
•Write high-quality code optimized for extensibility and scale, with active engagement in code reviews.
•Lead or participate in architecture reviews and promote better practices while sharing technical knowledge.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of experience in backend development (Java, Go, Python, Node.js, etc).
•3+ years of experience with Kotlin or other JVM languages.
•Experience with asynchronous, event-based systems using SQS, Kafka, PubSub, or similar.
•Prior experience shipping production-grade code using AI coding tools.
