Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain automated pipelines that enrich, segment, and score target lists for CFOs at PE-backed businesses.
•Integrate data sources (Companies House, Dealroom, LinkedIn, news feeds) to surface trigger events like funding rounds and leadership changes.
•Build and manage multi-channel outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn using Clay, Apollo, or Instantly.
•Write and iterate on outreach copy, then automate follow-up cadences and meeting scheduling to reduce admin work.
•Contribute to the GTM tech stack and build reporting dashboards to track sent, landed, and converted outcomes; identify and fix pipeline bottlenecks programmatically.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience working with GTM systems in a B2B or SaaS environment.
•Solid coding ability with Python, JavaScript, or similar; comfortable building lightweight tools.
•Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and AI enrichment/content tooling.
•Comfortable with APIs and webhooks, plus no-code/low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
•Good written communication and ability to write outreach copy as well as code.
