Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate infants, children, adolescents, pregnant, postpartum individuals, and adults for study eligibility using inclusion/exclusion criteria with study physicians.
  • •Enter data into electronic data capture systems and maintain participant confidentiality.
  • •Support the successful implementation of clinical trials by working closely with the study team.
  • •Track and document adverse events, side effects of antiretroviral therapy (ART), and clinical responses to interventions.
  • •Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and institutional review board (IRB) protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in Nursing with experience in clinical research conduct.
  • •Knowledgeable about HIV/AIDS prevention and care.
  • •Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Botswana.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong time management skills.
