Key Responsibilities

  • •Use safe working practices and wear proper protective equipment while operating and setting up compounding equipment and select materials.
  • •Set up the mixer system to produce compound, weigh ingredients accurately, and add them to the compounder in the proper order according to formulation.
  • •Operate a forklift in tight areas to supply materials to the weighing station and support material handling for mixing.
  • •Maintain blend levels in silos, receive raw materials per operating policy, and keep all equipment/areas neat and clean.
  • •Perform daily routine inspections of the mixer system, write work orders for repairs, assist maintenance when requested, and alert the foreman when weighing errors are discovered.
