Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resourcing, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, and quality control.
  • •Run RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or qualification processes.
  • •Implement and maintain project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team with action plans, track progress and variances, and develop risk mitigation/contingency plans; SOX control responsibilities may apply where needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually

  • •Manage singular real estate projects from initiation through completion, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Ability to prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational judgment across multiple information sources.
