Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business unit leaders to discover, scope, and prioritize AI agent use cases with clear ROI.
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined agent products with success metrics and adoption plans.
  • •Design, build, and deploy production AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock, and Databricks, including control plane, governance, and cybersecurity platforms.
  • •Develop tool integrations, MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and context engineering; define evaluation harnesses with offline/online quality monitoring and CI regression gates.
  • •Implement least-privilege agent identity, tool scoping, guardrails, and defenses against prompt injection and tool abuse aligned to cybersecurity standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical product roles delivering stakeholder-facing solutions.
  • •Minimum 2 years building, deploying, and supporting LLM-based applications, including production experience with an agentic system (ideally Amazon Bedrock/Bedrock AgentCore).
  • •Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred).
  • •Demonstrated product thinking with ability to scope, prioritize, and measure impact of technical solutions.
