Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operations controllers in a fast-paced ro-ro operation serving mainland Europe cargo via Zeebrugge and Rotterdam.
  • •Focus on health & safety while assisting day-to-day operational activities.
  • •Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate customers and cargo units.
  • •Manage damage control activities as needed.
  • •Coordinate schedules to help keep vessels to schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience using MS Office, email, and Teams.
  • •Comfort working with IT systems.
  • •Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to liaise with customers.
  • •Full UK driving licence essential.
  • •Willingness to work flexible shifts on a roster (Monday to Sunday).
