Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings related to separations, including consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations, and delivering termination outcomes.
  • •Handle employee relations first-level support by assessing workplace concerns, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting progressive discipline and documentation.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS and contribute to process improvements through automation and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment-related instruments, research complex HR issues, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous situations.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
