Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
  • •Manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
  • •Support clients in the post-contract Contract Management of major projects.
  • •Support the development of the procurement services provided by T&T.
  • •Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team's service proposition; assist with bid preparation and proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
  • •Strong background in tender preparation, processes and development of relevant documents in the procurement sector.
  • •Experience of leading and/or supporting supplier engagement activities from market engagement through to contract award.
  • •Experience with NEC4 and Alliance/Partnership Contract arrangements; able to develop procurement strategies and documentation.
  • •Willing to work towards MCIPs accreditation and preferably hold a degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.
