Key Responsibilities

•Partner with product and business teams throughout all stages of product development, including ideation, design, testing and launch
•Advise on new and innovative products, features and formats across all markets, including AI systems
•Provide legal guidance on AI-specific regulation (such as the EU AI Act) and other global regulations, including privacy and data protection, content and platform liability
•Draft and negotiate contracts, including for third-party software and technology procurement to support feature development
•Establish and maintain all product-related legal documentation, such as terms of service, platform policies and consumer/creator messaging

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,366 - 243,380 annually

Key Requirements

•J.D., LL.M. or equivalent with admission to at least one bar (or qualification for registered in-house counsel in New York or Sweden)
•5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
•Experience in product counseling for technology products
•Excited about new technologies, particularly AI-based systems
•Strong working knowledge of legal issues relating to digital products, technology, privacy, IP, content and platform liability, consumer protection, media and AI
