Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead international automation projects by directing a team of engineers and technical experts to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art control and automation solutions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • •Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and growth.
  • •Design, configuration, integration, and implementation of process control solutions for various industries, including on-site installation and start-up.
  • •Develop and maintain automation project timelines, P&IDs, loop descriptions, User Requirements Specifications, and software/hardware design specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •BE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics from a recognized institute
  • •Minimum 7–8 years of practical experience delivering Process Control System projects as Automation Engineer/Lead Engineer
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate a diverse technical team
  • •Experience implementing automation/electrical solutions and writing software code
  • •Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and proficiency in English
