Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning platforms to deliver learning services.
  • •Coordinate and oversee learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives, including nominations, registrations, course assignments, assessments, and surveys.
  • •Track, analyze, and report learning metrics and training effectiveness using Excel and Power BI, and maintain the learning catalogue and training calendar.
  • •Support the design, delivery, and facilitation of behavioural and professional development programs, including employee induction.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and external training providers to identify capability gaps, and support compliance, audit, regulatory reporting, policy governance, and learning administration activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, education, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Human Resources.
  • •Experience working in a large organization, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • •Hands-on experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR learning platforms.
  • •Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
