Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) and keep serviceable parts documentation current.
  • •Review engineering changes and documentation to verify serviceable component impact.
  • •Manage change implementation and part effectivity through PLM platforms, cascading updates to downstream field data sources and manuals.
  • •Coordinate serviceability validation for new serviceable parts with design engineering and mechatronic technicians.
  • •Support service supply chain planning, manage end-of-lifecycle inventory strategies, and provide field support with part escalation inquiries.
