Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute all-in supplier and RTX/Collins commodity programs for Non-Product Procurement in collaboration with CoE.
  • •Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategy, including RFP/RFQ/RFI initiatives, to achieve project productivity targets.
  • •Negotiate and work with limited supervision to achieve favorable terms for contracts, SOWs, and SLAs, in collaboration with legal/GT/ECO.
  • •Drive contract governance by minimizing risks, ensuring compliance, and optimizing contract outcomes; implement critical contracts (MSA/MTA).
  • •Lead supplier performance management (business reviews and scorecards), including supplier evaluation, qualification, accreditation, and disqualification, and support GMRE (Grow, Maintain, Reduce, Exit).

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced knowledge and very high expertise in Non-Product Procurement (indirect materials, MRO supplies, indirect items and services) in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with contract governance, including review, analysis, enhancement, and re-negotiation of contracts and finalizing terms for executive approval.
  • •Practical knowledge of project management and the ability to enhance and leverage RTX projects, programs, or systems in daily work.
  • •University degree (or equivalent) plus minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with minimum 3 years).
  • •Proven ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams, manage supplier evaluation/qualification/accreditation/disqualification, and communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
