Key Responsibilities

  • •Build rapid proofs of concept and production-ready components for AI-enabled research, data access, document analysis, workflow automation, and internal applications.
  • •Develop, review, refactor, test, and maintain application code using Python and other supported development technologies.
  • •Build and integrate REST APIs and AI/connectivity components (MCP components, connectors, webhooks, databases, and data-integration services).
  • •Connect AI-enabled workflows with Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Microsoft Graph, enterprise data stores, and approved AI services.
  • •Deploy and operate applications within Microsoft Azure and test AI solutions for reliability and production-readiness risks, maintaining documentation, runbooks, and technical evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience with recent hands-on work on AI-enabled applications, cloud applications, data systems, or enterprise integrations.
  • •Strong Python development skills, including building APIs, services, scripts, applications, or data workflows.
  • •Experience with at least one additional production stack such as C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or a comparable technology.
  • •Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience across application hosting, identity, storage, databases, secrets management, logging, monitoring, and deployment.
  • •Practical experience with LLM APIs and AI workflows (including agentic workflows and retrieval-augmented generation), plus strong security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, least privilege, secrets management).
