Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer-experience data needs end-to-end by defining/refining metrics, building pipelines, and driving decisions from insight to shipped outcomes.
  • •Analyze payments quality signals (latency, uptime/reliability, failure/error rates, and support ticket volume/themes) to locate customer friction and quantify business impact.
  • •Analyze product and UX data (dashboard usage, onboarding funnels, feature adoption) to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • •Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes, and write production-quality SQL/pipeline code in Databricks with GitHub version control and review.
  • •Build dashboards and self-serve tools so Product, Engineering, and Support/Operations can monitor customer experience metrics without ad hoc requests; partner cross-functionally to implement improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytics role, ideally in payments/fintech or high-growth technology.
  • •Excellent SQL skills, with experience querying and modeling data in a modern warehouse/lakehouse environment (e.g., Databricks).
  • •Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes, including comfort with version control (GitHub).
  • •Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend actions.
  • •Experience building dashboards and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
