Job Summary

Partner with customers in a Financial Center setting using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet consumer and small business financial needs. Build customer profiles, recommend retail products, and proactively reach out using approved marketing tools (including CAMP) to set appointments. Cross-sell, participate in loan and bankcard processes, collaborate with business partners for referrals, and help drive customer experience and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities, including onsite presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Collaborate with assigned business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers and support holistic solutions.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to obtain/maintain S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
