Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up molding machines for operation, including changing material and color to meet production schedules.
  • •Start up machines and monitor quality at start up; make machine adjustments and document them to maintain efficient production.
  • •Respond to QA tech requests and alarms by adjusting machines to maintain correct sizes and standards and assist with malfunctions.
  • •Oversee packaging procedures, ensure production meets customer demands, and perform relief coverage as needed by doing packer/handler work.
  • •Use lockout/tagout procedures, coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance, inspect scrap, and maintain safe working environment and housekeeping standards.
