Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and analyze fleet performance, utilization, availability, and reliability using management indicators and digital tools.
  • •Identify operational, technical, and commercial improvement opportunities from data analysis and maintenance/operations trends.
  • •Provide technical recommendations to maximize equipment availability, reliability, and useful life.
  • •Identify customer needs and propose solutions across equipment, spare parts, maintenance contracts, rebuilds, digital solutions, and value-added services.
  • •Maintain close relationships with customers and internal areas to develop, implement, and track initiatives, including ensuring compliance with safety, quality, sustainability, and environmental standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related fields.
  • •2 to 4 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, asset management, fleet management, or technical support for heavy machinery, preferably in mining.
  • •Knowledge of mining equipment, maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle management.
  • •Experience analyzing equipment performance and generating technical recommendations.
  • •Ability to analyze technical/operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose value-oriented solutions; customer and cross-functional interaction experience.
