Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage all aspects of smaller-scale physical and editorial productions end-to-end, and support senior production team on larger productions as needed.
  • •Draft internal budgets and estimates, and manage pre-production logistics including crew booking and vendor onboarding paperwork coordination.
  • •Supervise live-action shoots, including hiring and managing freelance production personnel and vendors for internal and external productions.
  • •Produce content across videos and stills, including internal videos, branded content, social content, and digital-only short- and long-form videos.
  • •Work with legal, business affairs, music services, finance, and payroll partners to manage clearances, substantiation, and cost reporting, and liaise with post-production for delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience leading small-scale physical commercial productions end-to-end on a television network, production company, and/or advertising agency (freelance accepted).
  • •Ability to produce quality content across a broad range of budgets up to $250K.
  • •On-set production experience, including extensive knowledge of union, guild, and labor laws, plus post-production rates, timelines, and budgets.
  • •Proven on-set experience with celebrity talent, including filming with vehicles, food, and all category products and services.
  • •Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States and be willing to work in New York City with mandatory in-office attendance.
