Join Pandora’s first flagship in Spain at the iconic Paseo de Gracia. As a Shop Assistant (30 hours/week), you’ll deliver a premium, personalized retail experience by listening to customers, guiding them to the perfect piece, and turning visits into memorable moments. You’ll support store operations with the team, maintain excellent shop presentation and product organization, and work toward sales results while serving both local and international customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide exclusive customer attention by listening, guiding, and helping customers find the right piece.
•Collaborate with store leaders and the team to keep daily operations running with harmony, energy, and excellence.
•Maintain the store’s presentation and ensure the product is organized to reflect premium standards.
•Support an international customer experience through effective communication.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant in store formats similar to Pandora.
•Comfort serving international customers with fluency in at least one of these languages: English, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian.
•Strong sales motivation with a results-oriented mindset.
•Enjoy creating customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
•Comfortable using Office and digital tools.
