Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform emergency and preventive maintenance and installation on a 24/7 on-call basis with regional responsibility.
  • •Service and repair Eaton products on-site or in-house, including UPS systems and batteries in a high-voltage environment.
  • •Provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
  • •Serve as the customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
  • •Support system equipment troubleshooting and installation tasks using technical judgment.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or Red Seal (309A) Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician Certification/Ticket One.
  • •1+ year of experience with UPS (uninterruptable power supplies), battery technologies, or electronics.
  • •Ability to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
