Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safety and compliance at the facility, including 5S activities, housekeeping, recycling, and legal/corporate safety requirements.
  • •Drive operational results across quality, service, safety, employee relations, inventory, and organizational development while supporting expense management and continuous cost reduction.
  • •Schedule and oversee daily warehouse work for shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, stacking, picking, packing, and palletizing finished products.
  • •Manage staff performance responsibilities including performance appraisals, promotions, training, development, and personnel needs for talent attraction/retention.
  • •Model and promote the company’s Code of Business Conduct, Ethics, and Values to influence team members toward individual and business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree required; bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is a plus.
  • •7+ years of successful operational experience, including some team management experience.
