Key Responsibilities

•Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers working on distributed microservices and full stack systems for regulatory needs.
•Stay on top of technology trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in internal and external technology communities.
•Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive experiences for millions of Americans.
•Utilize programming languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go.
•Use container orchestration and cloud services, including Docker and Kubernetes, along with AWS tools and a mix of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
•At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
•7+ years of experience in at least one of: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
•1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
