Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop ML infrastructure, tooling, and models so teams can deliver world-class AI experiences.
  • •Build internal and external platforms that allow engineering teams to incorporate AI into customer-facing features.
  • •Translate product goals into engineering plans and build scalable, resilient services for data integration and event processing.
  • •Consult with teams on data lifecycle and common ML patterns/tradeoffs, elevating technical standards across the fellowship.
  • •Drive strategic technical leadership: shape standards for engineering excellence, observability, and reliability; mentor Staff and Senior Engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI, with focus or expertise in audio and voice GenAI solutions at scale.
  • •Demonstrable experience building and deploying ML-driven B2B multi-tenant applications in production environments at scale.
  • •Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture and operating services handling hundreds of millions of transactions and terabytes of data.
  • •Deep expertise with modern ML tools and techniques including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and high-scale audio/voice models with evaluations.
  • •Operational experience with cloud-native infrastructure on GCP or AWS, including Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and highly available system design.
