Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage updates to contracting processes and controls that ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
  • •Lead management of contracting systems that house ESM contracting templates and drive collaboration to implement updates.
  • •Work with stakeholder and contract management teams to update, streamline, and evolve contracting templates, playbooks, and training materials while maintaining contracting risk profile.
  • •Design and implement change management practices to communicate updates to stakeholder groups and minimize disruptions to the contracting function.
  • •Act as a thought partner to review existing processes impacting contracting and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
