Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and inspect activities to verify compliance with project procedures, work instructions, specifications and applicable standards.
  • •Act as key contact for clients on quality matters in the absence of the Project Quality Manager, ensuring effective communication and alignment with objectives.
  • •Support the execution of the project quality plan and maintain the Project Quality Audit Plan, conducting internal and external audits and closing corrective actions.
  • •Review quality-related documents submitted by Vendors in a timely manner and conduct quality inductions for stakeholders including Vendors and Subcontractors.
  • •Monitor resolution of quality notifications and escalations, ensure adherence to processes, and report status to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, science, or a related quality discipline with a focus on quality management
  • •Proficiency in auditing quality management systems
  • •10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 2 years in a senior level role with strong project management
  • •Fundamentals, engineering principles, lifecycle and assurance processes, and construction processes, including fabrication and special processes
  • •Proficiency in Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9000, ISO/TS 29001, and ISO/IEC 80079-34
