Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Enterprise Services technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business priorities and organisational objectives.
  • •Lead the Enterprise Services architecture practice within a federated architecture model and provide strategic direction across domains.
  • •Establish and govern architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures; provide architectural assurance for major investments and technology changes.
  • •Partner with business and technology leaders to shape technology strategies, including advising on opportunities, risks, investment priorities, and emerging trends.
  • •Drive simplification, modernisation, technical debt reduction, and monitor architectural health and technology risks across the Enterprise Services environment; lead and develop the architecture team and community.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience developing and executing enterprise technology strategies, roadmaps, and architecture plans.
  • •Extensive enterprise architecture experience across business, information, solution, technical, and security domains.
  • •Demonstrated ability to align technology investments to business value and outcomes.
  • •Experience establishing architecture governance, managing technology risk, and ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
  • •Strong people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
