Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with key internal stakeholders to develop/implement sourcing and cost management strategies; supporting capital purchases and production consumables.
  • •Understand the technical aspects of production equipment to identify opportunities for cost, space, and process optimization.
  • •Use data analytics to identify and bring to fruition process-related opportunities.
  • •Utilize negotiations to maximize value and ensure project timeline adherence while minimizing risk.
  • •Build and own overall project budgets, compile funding requests, and generate capital plans, based on project timeline; including ownership of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the categories managed.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 9+ years of experience in Engineering, Purchasing, Contract negotiation, Material or production planning, or Operations or supply chain management (or bachelor’s degree and 11+ years, or 15+ years in related fields).
  • •Experience engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material or production planning, and operations or supply chain management across multiple categories.
  • •Extensive project management and organizational skills with experience managing large-scale capital projects.
  • •Ability to build and own project budgets; compile funding requests and generate capital plans, including ownership of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional teams; willingness to travel up to 25% (including international).
