Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Practice Management domain, aligned to SimplePractice's platform strategy and growth objectives
•Translate deep customer understanding across solo practitioners, group practice owners, and administrators into a differentiated and compelling product strategy
•Partner with Marketing and Sales to identify and capture new customer segments, including larger and more complex group practice organizations
•Champion the evolution toward intelligent, automated practice operations—building toward a future where the platform increasingly takes administrative work off a clinician's plate
•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, building on a strong existing foundation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 260,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading high-performing product teams at scale
•Demonstrated success owning a broad, complex product domain — ideally at the intersection of workflow, data, and platform
•Experience driving product-led growth into new customer segments, including close collaboration with Sales and Marketing in a B2B environment
•Background in healthcare, healthtech, or vertical SaaS serving professional service or regulated industries strongly preferred
•A systems thinker who can hold both long-term vision and near-term execution simultaneously, without losing sight of either
