Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead major infrastructure programmes end-to-end from initiation through delivery and operational transition.
  • •Develop programme charters, business cases, roadmaps, KPIs, and outcomes aligned with IT and business strategy.
  • •Set up governance, steering committees, controls, and executive reporting for progress, risks, issues, and finances.
  • •Coordinate multiple infrastructure workstreams, managing schedules, resources, dependencies, and delivery methodologies.
  • •Manage risks, changes, and operational impacts, and oversee budgets, forecasts, vendors, contracts, and supplier performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 mandatory.
  • •12+ years of IT programme/portfolio management experience delivering complex, multi-year enterprise infrastructure transformations.
  • •Strong understanding of data centres, networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, ITSM, and enterprise architecture.
  • •Experience managing $5M–$50M budgets, multi-vendor programmes, contracts, SLAs, and governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong risk management, decision-making, prioritisation, and communication for business alignment.
