Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision and roadmap for an Audit Compass experience, delivering immediate value to auditors.
  • •Modernize internal audit workflows by building AI-assisted auditing product capabilities.
  • •Break business epics into features and user stories, driving delivery toward MVP and valid feature tests.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, designers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to define acceptance criteria and feature design.
  • •Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to prioritize and manage feature development roadmaps while managing risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,100 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
  • •Experience translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products (1+ years, preferred).
  • •Experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (1+ years, preferred).
