Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate improvements in DRAM/NAND yield, quality, and output for an assigned process loop.
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional network teams to improve product yields and reliability within the process area.
  • •Design, execute, and analyze experiments; collect and interpret complex data to optimize fab processes and increase yields.
  • •Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and perform root-cause analysis; evaluate products against design/performance specs.
  • •Engage cross-area engineering teams and partners to address process issues, benchmark best-known methods, and support process alignment projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Materials, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical) or related discipline.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills to craft and interpret process experiments.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
