Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming leads by phone, internet, and walk-in traffic from AutoNation and third-party websites.
  • •Use available resources to identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicle.
  • •Set appointments for customers to visit the dealership for a vehicle appraisal.
  • •Execute the AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process and review/inspect vehicle condition onsite.
  • •Interact with customers throughout the day and refer customers who prefer trade-in to the sales team.
