Job Summary

Provide proactive, business-oriented legal counsel for Fever’s fast-growing operations in Portugal and the wider Iberia region, with primary responsibility for Brazil. Draft and review Portuguese and English commercial contracts, T&Cs, and RFP documentation; support negotiations; research regulatory and product-related legal issues; coordinate legal matters with internal teams and external advisors; and help build legal templates, processes, and ongoing compliance guidance.

•Draft and revise Portuguese and English commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP documentation, and similar legal materials.
•Support commercial teams in negotiation of deals and related documents.
•Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritize and manage legal matters.
•Support knowledge management and operational excellence by helping create templates, guides, processes, and tools; participate in compliance functions and product advice as required.

•Experience working on international projects or with global teams.
•Adaptable team player who is eager to learn.
