Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee communications and submissions via online portals or customer contacts for framework opportunities.
  • •Assess, prioritise, and qualify information on opportunities against delivered framework categories, then respond in line with framework protocol.
  • •Liaise with sales and pre-sales on live opportunities qualification, confirmations of intent to bid, expressions of interest, and clarification questions.
  • •Maintain regular review and prompt handling of tender noticeboards and central mailbox communications, sharing information with the right teams.
  • •Use client portals for bid activity, manage bid uploads to government portals (including supporting data), and maintain supplier information and opportunity tracking tools.
