Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and lead the hardware development activities for your lot, managing multidisciplinary teams to mobilize required expertise.
•Oversee the activity schedule, ensure on-time execution, and synchronize with the overall project plan.
•Establish performance indicators to monitor progress, anticipate variances, and implement corrective actions.
•Deploy corrective actions to meet milestones and animate progress reviews with reporting to Project Direction and Competence Center.
•Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing action plans and contributing to competitive offers for Radar projects.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree with solid, proven experience of 10+ years in project management for engineering and/or as a Work Package Manager / Lot Lead.
•Strong leadership to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and ensure mobilization of expertise for the lot.
•Proven ability to drive complex project planning, monitor progression, and synchronize activities with the overall program.
•Experience in hardware development processes and effective communication to resolve problems and maintain customer relationships.
•Fluent in English with ability to operate in an international, collaborative environment.
