Job Summary

Lead and maintain system and subsystem requirements specifications as the Systems technical lead for verification and qualification testing. Serve as the go-to systems engineer, partnering with Systems and Hardware teams and Chief Engineer on program technical tasks. Run Systems Verification Reviews, support onboarding and mentorship, and apply core systems engineering across the Systems V life cycle to ensure requirements are assessed and systems work the first time.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead efforts to update and maintain all system and subsystem level requirements specifications.
•Serve as the SE technical lead for verification and validation, ensuring requirements are assessed during Verification and Qualification Testing.
•Collaborate with Systems and Hardware IPTLs and the Chief Engineer on program technical tasks.
•Lead Systems Verification Reviews with the Chief Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, and Integrated Product Team leadership.
•Act as the go-to Systems Engineer for the program and help onboard, mentor, and guide new team members using core Systems Engineering skills.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
•Experience with systems software, systems firmware, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
•Experience in test planning, verification of system requirements, and/or system qualification.
