Job Summary

Own day-to-day workplace service delivery for Databricks’ EMEA headquarters, starting in London and extending regionally across multiple offices. Partner with JLL and other vendors to monitor performance, resolve issues, and improve facilities, front-of-house, and maintenance services. Build scalable operational playbooks and lead moderately complex improvement initiatives, balancing reliability, efficiency, risk, budget, and employee experience. Use workplace data, feedback, and AI tools to drive better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate regional workplace strategy into high-quality, scalable workplace services for EMEA offices
•Partner with JLL and service partners to deliver day-to-day services across facilities, food and beverage, front-of-house, post room, office supplies, and maintenance
•Monitor service delivery, identify issues and improvement opportunities, and support timely resolution with internal and external partners
•Develop and maintain operational processes, standards, and playbooks including planned and reactive maintenance programs
•Independently lead moderately complex workplace projects/workstreams and recommend risk-aware solutions to maintain service continuity and progress

Key Requirements

•Minimum five years’ experience in facilities management, workplace services, or workplace operations in a corporate or multi-site environment
•Experience working with an outsourced Integrated Facilities Management provider or other third-party service partners
•Experience supporting EMEA operations across multiple countries and office locations, accounting for cultural and regulatory differences
•Strong knowledge across one or more workplace services areas (facilities, food and beverage, front-of-house, events, building operations, or employee experience)
•Working knowledge of building maintenance including planned and reactive services, health and safety, compliance, and issue triage
