Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate regional workplace strategy into high-quality, scalable workplace services for EMEA offices
  • •Partner with JLL and service partners to deliver day-to-day services across facilities, food and beverage, front-of-house, post room, office supplies, and maintenance
  • •Monitor service delivery, identify issues and improvement opportunities, and support timely resolution with internal and external partners
  • •Develop and maintain operational processes, standards, and playbooks including planned and reactive maintenance programs
  • •Independently lead moderately complex workplace projects/workstreams and recommend risk-aware solutions to maintain service continuity and progress

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum five years’ experience in facilities management, workplace services, or workplace operations in a corporate or multi-site environment
  • •Experience working with an outsourced Integrated Facilities Management provider or other third-party service partners
  • •Experience supporting EMEA operations across multiple countries and office locations, accounting for cultural and regulatory differences
  • •Strong knowledge across one or more workplace services areas (facilities, food and beverage, front-of-house, events, building operations, or employee experience)
  • •Working knowledge of building maintenance including planned and reactive services, health and safety, compliance, and issue triage
